Toilet Flange Replacement in Temecula, Ca

The customer had water leaking around the toilet base. Removed toilet and discovered toilet flange to be set below the level of the tile floor. This was not allowing the toilet to seal to wax seal. Removed old flange and installed a new PVC flange. Anchored to the floor with dynamite cement.
